Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Help manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
