We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hair Patch Technician to join our clinic/salon team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing non-surgical hair replacement solutions to clients, including fitting, pasting, clipping, weaving, styling, and maintaining hair patches/toupees. The ideal candidate should have experience in hair replacement techniques, excellent client-handling skills, and a strong sense of hair styling.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Assess client scalp condition, discuss hair texture/density, and recommend suitable non-surgical hair patch options.
- Measurement & Customization: Take precise head measurements and select or customize the appropriate base, lace, or mesh patch.
- Installation Techniques: Expertly perform hair patch installation using various methods such as bonding (glue), taping, clipping, and weaving/singing.
- Styling & Blending: Cut, trim, color, and style the hair patch to match the client's natural hair seamlessly.
- Servicing & Maintenance: Provide regular cleaning, washing, re-bonding, re-taping, and repair services for existing clients' hair patches.
- Client Care & Education: Guide clients on home care, daily maintenance, and product usage to ensure the longevity of their hair systems.
- Hygiene & Equipment Care: Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards for all tools, equipment, and work areas.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–7+ years of experience as a Hair Patch Technician or Salon Hair Stylist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hair bonding, taping, clipping, patch cutting, styling, and blending.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, politeness, and a customer-first attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Cosmetology/Hair Styling is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
