Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facade Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, detailing, and coordinating building facades, ensuring aesthetic appeal, technical accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop facade design concepts, drawings, and detailed shop drawings.
- Prepare Shop drawings and fabrication drawings
- Perform system detailing etc
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety codes, and regulations
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during execution
- Support project teams in design optimization and value engineering
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE /B.Tech / Diploma
- 3–4 years of experience in facade de
- sign
- Proficiency in:
o AutoCAD
o Curtain wall systems
o Structural glazing
o Cladding systems
o Material take off
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
