Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP HCM Freelance Trainer to conduct professional training sessions and mentor learners in SAP HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise and practical implementation knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) modules
- Cover topics such as Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment, and ESS/MSS
- Provide practical demonstrations and real-time project examples
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and case studies
- Support students with doubt-solving and project guidance
- Conduct sessions in online and offline modes as required
- Keep updated with the latest SAP HCM trends and industry practices
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM module
- Good understanding of HR business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle training sessions effectively
- SAP Certification is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM Consulting / Training
- Prior training experience preferred
