Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Logistics / BPO Operations.
Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.
Fluent English communication skills (Verbal & Written) are mandatory.
Typing speed must be 60 WPM or above.
Good knowledge of logistics coordination and operational processes.
Basic computer knowledge with MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle logistics operations and shipment coordination.
Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and chats.
Maintain operational records and update data accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
Resolve customer and operational issues within timelines.
Prepare daily operational reports and updates.
