HR Associate supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
- Complete onboarding formalities, including document verification and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
HR Operations
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.
- Update HRIS and employee databases.
- Issue HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain employee personal files and ensure data accuracy.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions.
- Assist in PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance activities.
- Maintain statutory records and support internal and external audits.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
