RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leadership & Academic Supervision
Vision Alignment: Support, promote, and execute the established vision, mission, and educational philosophies of the school.
Program Management: Collaborate closely with the Principal and Academic Supervisors to design, implement, supervise, and continuously evaluate the early years curriculum and special language/cultural programs.
Pedagogical Standards: Demonstrate a deep, up-to-date knowledge of early childhood instructional strategies, inquiry-based learning, and modern research-driven teaching methodologies.
Campus Improvement: Ensure the campus development plan is effectively executed to meet the unique learning and developmental needs of the pre-primary segment.
2. Functional & Curriculum Execution
Data-Driven Progress: Monitor and analyze available pre-primary assessment data to ensure consistent student learning and milestones are achieved.
Professional Development: Guide and mentor assigned teaching staff in planning and executing targeted professional development sessions to elevate teaching outcomes.
Review & Strategy: Continually review campus observation data and student progress reports to drive the future planning and refinement of early years programming.
3. Student Management & Stakeholder Interaction
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve parent and student issues, queries, or concerns in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
Student Recognition: Facilitate engaging activities, assemblies, and events designed to recognize and celebrate student milestones, efforts, and accomplishments.
Co-Curricular Oversight: Supervise and coordinate extra-curricular activities, field trips, and campus events as directed by the school leadership.
