Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Expert (L3 Resource) to handle critical technical escalations, lead infrastructure and system-related projects, and provide technical leadership across support teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, optimizing performance, and driving successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Act as the final escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Lead technical teams in infrastructure, system integration, and project delivery.
- Recommend and implement technology improvements and optimizations.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide L1, L2, and L3 support teams.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Support performance evaluation and team development initiatives.
Project Execution
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
System Maintenance & Optimization
- Oversee deployment, patching, upgrades, and system monitoring.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and security.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Experience handling critical incident management and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and enterprise IT operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, AWS, or Azure preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
