- Explain treatment costs, hospital charges, and payment policies to patients and attendants.
- Provide cost estimates for planned procedures, surgeries, and treatments.
- Counsel patients regarding available payment options and financial arrangements.
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities before admission and treatment.
Insurance & TPA Coordination
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for cashless approvals.
- Explain policy benefits, exclusions, and claim processes to patients.
- Assist patients with insurance documentation requirements.
Billing Support
- Coordinate with billing and accounts departments regarding patient accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of deposits and advance payments.
- Resolve patient billing queries and discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to patient counseling activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
