Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on driving skills, experience, attitude, and overall suitability)
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely drive the owner and family members to various destinations.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop.
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks (fuel, tyre pressure, engine oil, cleanliness, etc.).
- Follow all traffic rules and drive responsibly.
- Assist with small errands whenever required.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preference for candidates residing in Mira Road or Bhayander only.
- Valid LMV Driving License with a good driving record.
- Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Mumbai roads and traffic routes.
- Polite, respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy.
- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
- No bad habits such as alcohol consumption, smoking while on duty, tobacco/gutkha, gambling, or any substance abuse.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to communicate politely in Hindi. Basic Marathi or English will be an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-Time Position
- Flexible working hours based on the owner's schedule.
- Candidate should be willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or late hours whenever required.
Weekly Off:
- Weekly holiday will be flexible and adjusted according to the owner's requirements.
- The driver should be comfortable with changes in the weekly off schedule whenever necessary.
Preferred Qualities:
- Safe and defensive driving skills.
- Calm temperament and patience.
- Well-groomed and courteous personality.
- Ability to handle long-distance driving if required.
- Immediate joining will be preferred.
