FarmIQ अपने किसान प्रशिक्षण एवं एजुकेशनल प्रोग्राम्स का विस्तार कर रहा है। संस्था को ऐसे ऊर्जावान एवं लक्ष्य आधारित उम्मीदवारों की आवश्यकता है जो फील्ड आउटरीच, काउंसलिंग, प्रचार एवं रजिस्ट्रेशन गतिविधियों को संभाल सकें।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- FarmIQ प्रोग्राम्स हेतु लीड एवं रजिस्ट्रेशन जनरेट करना
- गाँव, कॉलेज एवं संस्थानों में फील्ड विजिट करना
- कॉलिंग एवं फॉलो-अप गतिविधियाँ संभालना
- सेमिनार, जागरूकता कार्यक्रम एवं इवेंट समन्वय
- WhatsApp एवं पूछताछ प्रबंधन
- स्थानीय नेटवर्क एवं संपर्क विकसित करना
- मासिक लक्ष्य एवं रिपोर्टिंग सुनिश्चित करना
आवश्यक कौशल
- हिंदी में उत्कृष्ट संवाद क्षमता
- लोगों को समझाने एवं संबंध बनाने की क्षमता
- फील्ड कार्य हेतु तैयार
- स्मार्टफोन एवं WhatsApp संचालन ज्ञान

- स्नातक / अंडरग्रेजुएट

About the Role
FarmIQ is expanding its farmer training and educational programs across multiple regions. We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates for field outreach, student/farmer counselling, and business promotion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and registrations for FarmIQ programs
- Conduct field visits in villages, colleges, and institutions
- Handle calling and follow-up activities
- Coordinate seminars, awareness campaigns, and events
- Manage WhatsApp and enquiry follow-ups
- Build local relationships and outreach networks
- Achieve monthly targets and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong Hindi communication
- Convincing and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable with field work and travel
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp handling
- Energetic and positive attitude

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: 0–3 years
