Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities in the lab informatics domain, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the pre-sales team in understanding customer needs and mapping them to our software solutions.
- Configure Agaram’s software systems according to inbound client requirements for product demonstrations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals and solution documents.
- Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating product documentation.
- Conduct product trainings and knowledge transfer sessions across internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.Strong interest in technology and software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and convey them in simple terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Postgres DB, Virtual machines and Web servers is a bonus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
