We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will interact with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, provide accurate information about our services, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
