Senior Executive – Human Resources (HR Sr. Executive)
Job Summary
The HR Sr. Executive is responsible for handling core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, HR documentation, and statutory compliance. The role supports smooth HR operations and helps maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
Employee Onboarding & Exit
- Conduct employee induction and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift records
- Handle employee queries related to salary and attendance
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture
Performance Management
- Assist in appraisal and performance review processes
- Track employee KPIs and probation reviews
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain statutory records and documentation
- Support audits and compliance reporting
HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Maintain confidential employee information
- Update HR policies and procedures when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 3–6 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Experience with HRMS software is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
