Sierra Sun Stays is a short-term rental company based in Ontario, Canada. We help property owners list and manage their units on Airbnb and similar platforms, managing the day-to-day so owners don't have to. We're a small, growing team and we're looking to bring on a remote sales rep based in India to help us bring on more landlord clients.
The Role
This is a straightforward outbound sales role. You'll be reaching out to landlords in Ontario who own rental properties, introducing our Airbnb management service, and working to get them signed on as clients. The majority of your day will involve cold calls and follow-up messages.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, can handle rejection without it affecting their output, and takes ownership of their numbers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reaching out daily to Ontario landlords via phone and WhatsApp using lead sources we provide
- Pitching our Airbnb hosting and short-term rental management service clearly and confidently
- Following up with leads consistently until you reach a clear decision either way
- Keeping your pipeline organized and updating records at the end of each day
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English — clear, professional communication is essential
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach messages throughout the day
- Available to work Ontario hours (EST) — this is a firm requirement
- Some background in sales or cold calling is preferred, but not required if you can demonstrate the right attitude
- Reliable laptop and a stable internet connection
- Organized and consistent — someone who follows through without needing to be reminded

Working Hours
This role runs on Ontario time (Eastern Standard Time). If you're not able to commit to those hours, this position isn't the right fit. Exact shift timing will be discussed during the interview.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
