We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring the system, maintaining data integrity, supporting end users, and ensuring the platform effectively supports business processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CRM efficiency. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions. Customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows based on business requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making. Monitor data quality, security settings, and system performance. Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective Salesforce usage. Assist with Salesforce integrations, system upgrades, and new feature implementations. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. Ensure Salesforce processes align with business operations and compliance standards.
