Monitor fabric quality during the weaving process.

Inspect fabric for defects such as broken ends, missing picks, oil stains, holes, floats, slubs, and reed marks.

Ensure looms are producing fabric as per quality standards.

Record defects and prepare quality inspection reports.

Coordinate with the Weaving Supervisor and Maintenance team to resolve quality issues.

Ensure finished fabric meets customer and company quality specifications.

Support continuous quality improvement and reduce fabric rejection.
-
Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or a related field.
-
1–5 Years in Weaving Quality Control.

Diploma / B.E. in Textile Technology or a related field.
-
1–5 years of experience in Weaving Quality Control.
-
Knowledge of weaving processes, loom operations, and fabric inspection.
-
Ability to identify weaving defects and maintain quality standards.
-
Basic knowledge of fabric testing and quality documentation.
-
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
-
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
