Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity)
Coordinate with OEM partners and internal technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations
Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and sales pipeline
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures
Stay updated on product offerings from partner brands and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, IT, or related field)
2 years of experience in inside sales / IT sales
Good understanding of IT products and solutions (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
