Job Description
We are looking for B.E (EEE) Freshers to join our Production Department in a wires and cables manufacturing company. This is a good opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in the manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience in production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production activities and operations.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support production planning and achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor machine and process performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Follow company procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement activities in the production process.
Qualification
- B.E (EEE) – Freshers
- Candidates with a strong interest in Production / Manufacturing are preferred.
