Ariah Aesthetics is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Aesthetic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-end non-invasive cosmetic treatments while ensuring an exceptional, luxury experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Execution: Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including laser hair reduction, chemical peels, hydra-facials, microdermabrasion, and body contouring treatments.
- Client Consultation: Assist in skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans or home-care products based on individual client needs.
- Sterilization & Maintenance: Ensure all medical-grade equipment is calibrated, sanitized, and maintained according to clinical safety standards.
- Room Preparation: Maintain a pristine, minimalist, and organized treatment environment, ensuring all consumables are stocked before each session.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital records of client treatments, settings used, and progress photos.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Certification in Medical Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field (CIDESCO/CIBTAC or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a reputed aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with modern laser technologies (Diode/IPL) and advanced facial workstations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical procedures in a clear, reassuring manner.
- Professionalism: A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, grooming, and patient confidentiality.
