We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should have excellent business logic understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Fluency in English is essential for client and stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core
- Build and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Develop and integrate Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical specifications
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server (queries, indexing, performance optimization)
- Solid experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, reports, dashboards)
- Strong understanding of business logic and enterprise application workflows
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and data-driven applications
- Proficient in C#, LINQ, Entity Framework / EF Core
- Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of modules
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Azure / cloud deployment
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working directly with international clients
