We work across battery recycling, hydrometallurgy, critical mineral recovery, advanced materials, manufacturing, and AI.
Our goal is simple: build a reliable and self-sufficient critical mineral ecosystem for India.
About the Role
We are looking for a Founder's Office Intern who wants to work directly with the founders and solve real business problems.
This is not a research-only or presentation-heavy internship.
You will work across strategy, business development, market research, operations, partnerships, and new business creation.
You may start with a problem that has no clear answer and be expected to research it, build a strategy, contact people, test the idea, and execute.
What You'll Work On
- Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives
- Identify new markets, customers, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
- Conduct deep research on battery recycling, critical minerals, rare earths, metals, manufacturing, and global supply chains
- Identify companies, decision-makers, suppliers, customers, investors, and strategic partners
- Support business development, outreach, meetings, proposals, and partnerships
- Build market maps, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis
- Explore and validate new business models and revenue streams
- Help execute strategic projects from 0 → 1
- Build systems, processes, databases, and internal operating frameworks
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, automation, and productivity
- Work across functions whenever the problem requires it
- Represent the company in relevant meetings, conferences, and industry interactions when required

- Extremely curious and a fast learner
- Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information
- Strong at research and structured thinking
- Good at communicating ideas clearly
- Willing to pick up the phone and talk to customers, suppliers, and partners
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technologies
- Highly execution-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Interested in startups, deep-tech, climate-tech, manufacturing, energy, or critical minerals
Freshers are welcome. Exceptional students with strong problem-solving ability are encouraged to apply.
