Job Description
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for the following:
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Receive and log service requests from customers via phone, email, or system
· Schedule and coordinate service engineers for site visits and breakdown calls
· Follow up on service calls to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction
· Prepare service reports, job cards, and documentation
· Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and vendors for service support
· Update service status and maintain accurate records in ERP / CRM systems
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
· Prepare daily / weekly service status reports
· Ensure adherence to service SLAs and internal processes
· Support billing by sharing service completion details and reports
· Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulations
· Prepare MIS reports on claim volumes, TAT, pendency, and outcomes
· Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
· Support service audits, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification: (e.g., BCOM / BMS / BAF / Any Graduate)
Year of Passing: (e.g., 2024 / 2025 / 2026)
Experience Required: (Fresher / 0–2 years )
