Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Handle both domestic and international client calls based on business requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-ups, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.
- Experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Ability to understand business requirements and position software solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Community Management Software, or Enterprise Applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with international or enterprise clients.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
