Job Summary
The Journal Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, promoting loan and insurance products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires field sales, client meetings, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell loan and insurance products to customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Assist customers with application processes and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and insurance partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in loans, insurance, banking, or financial sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
