Responsibilities:
Overview - You will be working with Engineering, Delivery Engineers/Specialist, System Engineers/Specialist, and Managed Services Provider (MSP) to build out professional services practices (installation, integration, applications, migration, scripting) to be used.

Cohesity Backup Technology hands on experience in implementing from scratch

Well versed with backup technologies like Netbackup or Networker

Understands the technical complexities in managing backup infrastructure
Implementation
- Collaboration with MSP and internal ITSM for Cohesity project delivery

Act as implementation focal point for key / high-profile implementations

Cohesity System Installation
Development & Documentation
- Write and validate the implementation/integration best practices
-
Develop pre-installation survey and planning documents to prepare for install

Develop workflows to validate implementations
-
Develop sample post deployment documentation

Provide feedback to engineering on ways to improve the implementation experience
Knowledge Sharing
- Convert best practices into a training curriculum

Deliver hands-on training in small-group formats

Mentor trainees in the field

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience

Minimum 4 years IT experience

Experience in these technical areas is required

BIOS level bootstrap OS installation
