Job Description – Senior Civil Engineer
Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project works as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Review civil drawings and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
- Check quantity estimation, material requirements, and resource planning.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor their work performance.
- Guide and support junior engineers and site supervisors.
Requirements:
- B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15+ years of experience in construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution works.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, and construction methods.
- Leadership and communication skills.
