Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role
MS Trip Makers Tours & Travel is looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-oriented Travel Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling travel bookings and providing complete travel assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight, train, and bus ticket bookings
- Manage hotel reservations and holiday packages
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages
- Prepare travel quotations and itineraries
- Maintain customer records and booking details
- Follow up with clients for confirmations and payments
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage
