Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive TA lead to oversee the full cycle recruitment process across all functions, primarily sales, dispatch, and operations roles supporting US logistics. The role is based out of our both Gurgaon & Bangalore offices and requires working during US hours (night shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ranging from Business Development Executives to senior leadership roles across Pan India.
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment interns, providing guidance and performance oversight. This is when the high number requirement is there.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct screening, evaluate applicants, and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements
- Track and report recruitment metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
- Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience
- Supervise a small team or recruitment support staff as required Collaborate with HR operations for onboarding and documentation
- Assist in HR generalist works such as timesheet & leave management
- HR documentation, BGV initiation
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of US logistics or BPO industry hiring preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using Keka ATS and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
