Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations
Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships
Maintain office records and administrative documentation
Support internal teams with operational requirements
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong vendor management skills
Prior experience as an Admin Executive in a Corporate or BPO environment
Ability to multitask and manage administrative activities efficiently
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Professional and presentable personality
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
