Role Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in Tally, managing purchase and sales invoice entries, overseeing stock management, handling GST compliance work, and following up on outstanding payments. This role requires strong attention to detail and good communication skills for liaising with vendors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day data entry of purchase and sales invoices in Tally.
- Manage purchase stock entries and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare, reconcile, and file GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B returns.
- Follow up with clients/vendors via calls for collection of outstanding payments.
- Ensure accuracy and minimal errors in voucher and ledger entries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- M.Com with 2-3 years of relevant experience in an accounts/finance role.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS filing and return processes.
- Experience with purchase and stock management.
- Good communication skills for outstanding payment follow-up.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
