Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors
- Set sales targets and track progress against goals
- Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
