We, at Paramount Enterprises, are seeking an experienced Production & Quality Assurance Engineer for our manufacturing facility in the Ambad MIDC, Nashik. You will oversee daily production operations, maintain strict quality standards, and manage a team of shop floor employees. This role requires technical expertise in mechanical engineering, strong leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting production issues.
-Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Oversee entire manufacturing processes and resolve day-to-day technical doubts on the shop floor.
- Quality Control: Check, monitor, and maintain company quality standards to minimize defects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and manage shop floor workers and machine operators.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to guide production accuracy.
- Machine Operations: Maintain strong working knowledge of machine operations and perform precise technical measurements.
-Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using precise measuring instruments.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage people, delegate tasks, and handle employee relations on the floor.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Nashik (MIDC Ambad / Satpur).
