Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our newly opened Digital Marketing Academy (AGDM Academy). The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide information about courses and programs, address inquiries, and assist applicants in making informed educational decisions. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up with leads and applicants to support the enrollment process.
- Assist students in completing application forms and submitting required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
- Coordinate admission events, webinars, educational fairs, and campus visits.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets as assigned.
- Stay updated on program offerings, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and institutional policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education, customer service, or sales (freshers who have good communication skills may also apply.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector.
- Ability to manage multiple student inquiries and deadlines effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

Working hours:- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Working days:-6 Days, Sunday fixed off.
