What You’ll Own
- Lead Generation Engine: Scale Meta & Google Ads to generate high-quality leads at optimized CPL
- Project Launches: Plan and execute high-impact launches with strong pre-launch buzz and positioning
- Conversions: Improve funnel efficiency — Lead → Site Visit → Booking
- Inventory Movement: Crack slow-moving inventory with smart, aggressive campaigns
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales to drive closures, not just leads

Must-Have Experience
- 4–8 years in Marketing (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven success in lead generation and project launches
- Experience in conversion-driven marketing
