Starmount Entrance Coaching Centre is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, support team management, and contribute to business growth and student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities
✔ Support admission and counselling processes
✔ Coordinate with marketing and business development teams
✔ Handle student and parent relationship management
✔ Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
✔ Prepare reports and assist management in strategic planning
Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations / Administration / Management
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively
✔ Experience in educational institutions is preferred
✔ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
