Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, employer branding initiatives, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in posting job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
- Support employer branding activities and social media hiring campaigns.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
