DIGITAL GROWTH EXECUTIVE
Location: Pune | Experience: 2–4 Years | Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Growth Executive to join our digital marketing
team in Pune.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple clients and
managing the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities across Website,
Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO/GEO and Analytics.
This is not a specialist-only role. We are looking for someone with a broad digital
marketing understanding, strong execution skills and a high sense of ownership.
Ideal Candidate
●2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
●Preferably from a digital marketing agency handling multiple clients
●Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
●Working knowledge of Google Search, Shopping/PMax and Retargeting
●Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO
●Ability to work with keywords, blogs, FAQs, on-page SEO and basic technical
SEO
●Basic understanding of websites, landing pages and CRO
●Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance analysis
●Strong analytical thinking — able to identify problems and recommend actions
●Strong ownership and ability to independently manage assigned tasks
●Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude for research,
content, analysis and productivity
●Good written and spoken English communication
●Ability to work across multiple clients, priorities and deadlines

2. Social Media
Posts, Reels, Stories, Community Engagement, Content Calendar, Creative Testing
3. Performance Marketing
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopping/PMax, Retargeting, Feed Management, Campaign
Optimization
4. SEO / GEO
Blogs, Keyword Optimization, FAQ Sections, Technical SEO, Internal Linking,
Google Business Profile, Citations/Mentions, AI/GEO Visibility
5. Analytics
Weekly Performance Review, KPI Tracking, Client Reporting, Problem Identification,
Opportunity Identification, Next-Action Recommendations
What We Expect
The person should not simply execute tasks.
We expect them to be able to look at a client account and ask:
What is happening?
Why is it happening?
What should we change?
What should we test next?
The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned clients/tasks and
reporting Target → Actual → Insight → Next Action every week.
Preferred Background
●Digital marketing agency experience
●Experience managing multiple clients
●E-commerce and lead-generation experience
●Experience with UAE, India or international clients is an advantage
●Experience with Shopify/WordPress is an advantage
●Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and
Looker Studio is an advantage
