The Service General Manager is responsible for managing the complete after-sales service operations of the dealership. The role includes workshop management, customer satisfaction, team handling, revenue growth, service quality improvement, manpower planning, and achieving service targets while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete workshop and service operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly service revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely complaint resolution.
- Monitor daily workshop productivity, labour efficiency, and bay utilization.
- Handle service advisors, technicians, body shop, and spare parts coordination.
- Implement service process standards as per company guidelines.
- Monitor customer feedback, CSI/NPS scores, and improve service experience.
- Control warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.
- Coordinate with sales and spare parts departments for smooth operations.
- Analyze MIS reports and prepare action plans for business growth.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and service business.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
