1. Student Counselling & Guidance
- Counsel prospective students about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career paths
- Understand student interests and recommend suitable programs
- Address queries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
2. Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Handle inquiries generated from website, digital marketing, education fairs, and referrals
- Maintain student data in CRM or admission software
- Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
3. Admission Process Management
- Explain the application process, documentation, and timelines
- Assist students in filling application forms
- Coordinate entrance exams, interviews, and counseling rounds
- Support fee payment and enrollment formalities
4. Parent Interaction
- Counsel parents regarding academic quality, placements, infrastructure, and safety
- Resolve concerns related to fees, ROI, hostel, and transport
5. Marketing & Outreach Support
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, and open days
- Support digital campaigns by responding to online leads
- Promote college brand, rankings, and achievements
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with academic departments, marketing, finance, and hostel teams
- Share admission reports and conversion metrics with management
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Verify and collect student documents
- Maintain accurate admission records
- Prepare daily/weekly admission reports
