Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Associate - Full Stack Developer with strong Python development experience and hands-on experience building modern web applications using React/Next.js. The ideal candidate should have exposure to AWS Cloud and LLM-based applications, preferably using Amazon Bedrock and LangChain.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React/Next.js.

Build robust backend services, APIs and business logic using Python.

Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React/Next.js.
-
Work with SQL databases for data querying, manipulation and integration.

Integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities into applications using Amazon Bedrock and LangChain.

Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot applications on AWS Cloud.

Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.

Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code and contribute to application performance and reliability.
Required Skills

2–5 years of software/full-stack development experience

Strong hands-on Python development

Hands-on experience with React.js / Next.js

Good knowledge of SQL

Experience with AWS Cloud services

Exposure to LLMs, LangChain and Amazon Bedrock

Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Git/version control
Good to Have

Experience building GenAI/LLM-powered applications

Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG or vector databases

Experience with AWS-based application deployment and services

Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-native development
Ideal Profile: A developer who is strong in Python, comfortable with React/Next.js and SQL, and has practical exposure to AWS + LLM/GenAI (Bedrock/LangChain).
