# Job Details:
1. Position: Trainee Software Engineer
2. Eligibility: A bachelor's degree is preferable.
3. Skills Required:

- Adaptability
- Consistent team player but can work independently too
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong fundamental knowledge of Programming and inherent Logic sense including HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript
- Candidates with strong foundation, knowledge and hands-on experience in the following will be given preference:
o Object Oriented Programming
o Strong in Data Structure & Algorithms
o Languages: Python, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, php
o Frameworks: Django, Nuxt.js, Next.js, Fastify / Express.js, Laravel, Tailwind CSS
o AI Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Replicate, HuggingFace
o Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Pinecone
4. Selection Procedure: Registration > Machine Test > PI (Technical) > HR Round.
5. Training Period: 6 months
6. Experience Level: Freshers
7. Remuneration During Training Period: Upto ₹ 10,000 /month
# Post-Training Employment:
- After completion of training, candidates will be evaluated based on their acquired skills and performance during training period.
- The final salary (CTC) post training period will be determined from this evaluation with a max cap of 3.6 LPA.
- Successful candidates will be offered permanent employment.
NOTE: For this position an Employment Agreement Bond for 2 years is mandatory.
