Technical Lead – BFSI:
Tech Lead role is part of the Software Development Team, with responsibility of leading a team of motivated
consultants, taking up heavy lifting activities in the project delivery, tracking tasks and timelines & work in close
coordination with the Project Manager to ensure on-time and quality deliverables. This role will give you an
opportunity to build & lead a strong project team & motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their
responsibilities and project milestones.

- Project Activities
- Design and Develop Digital Banking Banking Solution using Oracle Banking Digital Experience
- Lead technical design, development and delivery of the product implementation
- Building Customizations on Oracle Banking Digital Experience using Extensibility
- Provide functional expertise of the application - understand requirements from business analysts and
users.
- Take lead in performing impact analysis, design & development & testing
- Create required technical and design documents
- Set development and coding standards and Peer reviews of the code to maintain the code quality
- Provide technical leadership to developers / senior developers
- Leading in fine tuning the code to improve on performance
- Recommend technical solutions and best practices
- Organizational activities
- Contribute in technical proposal preparation activities – effort estimations, defining technical approach
etc.
- Participate in training activities for training and upskilling of the team members
- Mentoring juniors and freshers on
- Recommend upcoming trends, technologies which can be leveraged to enhance Logixal’s service
offering
Candidate Profile
• Tech Graduate with minimum 7 years of experience in BFSI domain with a special focus on Digital Banking.
- Atleast 3+ years of experience in Oracle Banking Digital Experience
- Very Good analysis, interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in Leading, guiding and mentoring the development team in Oracle Banking Digital Experience

- Hands-on technical experience in Java Technology Stack (Core Java, Spring frameworks, Microservices
