Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Perform rate analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
- Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and final accounts.
- Evaluate project variations and claims.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying for building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
