Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Training Product Specialist to deliver comprehensive product and clinical application training for ECG, EMG, and Patient Monitoring systems. The role involves educating internal teams, channel partners, biomedical engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective product utilization, clinical confidence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training programs for ECG, EMG, Patient Monitoring, Holter, and Stress Test systems.
- Develop and update training materials, user manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning content.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical application workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Train sales representatives, service engineers, distributors, and healthcare professionals on product features, operation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Support new product launches through structured training and certification programs.
- Provide application support during installations and customer onboarding.
- Assess training effectiveness through practical evaluations, quizzes, and competency assessments.
- Collect customer and trainee feedback to improve training content and product usability.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure consistent product knowledge.
- Stay current with industry trends, clinical guidelines, and competitor products.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in medical device training, clinical applications, or product support.
- Experience with ECG, EMG, Patient Monitoring, Holter, and TMT systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer training and internal training programs.
Technical Knowledge
- ECG interpretation (basic to intermediate)
- EMG and Nerve Conduction Study (NCS) applications
- Multiparameter Patient Monitoring
- SpO₂, NIBP, IBP, EtCO₂, Temperature monitoring
- Arrhythmia detection and alarm management
- Medical device connectivity and hospital workflows
- Preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Preferred Experience
- Experience training clinicians, biomedical engineers, nurses, and sales teams.
- Familiarity with ICU, CCU, Emergency, OT, and Neurology workflows.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content development.
- Knowledge of medical device quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
