Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall store operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, material movement, team management, and ensuring smooth availability of materials/products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations
- Supervise receiving, storage, and issue of materials/products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Monitor inward and outward material movements
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, FIFO/FEFO, and housekeeping
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams
- Monitor inventory shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items
- Manage and train store staff and allocate daily responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and inventory control procedures
- Prepare MIS, inventory reports, and stock reconciliation reports
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of store and inventory management
- Team leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and Advanced MS Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, and warehouse processes
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- 6–12 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Materials Management
- 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, electronics, FMCG, or consumer durable industries
- Exposure to large-scale inventory, material management, warehouse operations, and ERP/SAP systems
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
