- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by networking with architects, builders, developers, and consultants.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders (architects, contractors, PMC) to secure project specifications and repeat business.
- Technical Sales & Presentations: Provide technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and present design solutions for building facades.
- Project Tracking & Tender Support: Track ongoing projects, interpret architectural drawings/BOQs, and support the preparation of tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and finalise deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Site Visits & Client Support: Perform site visits to understand client requirements and offer technical support on-site.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales performance reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 2–5years of proven sales experience in construction, building materials, window systems, or aluminum facades.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of facade systems, cladding, glazing systems, and ability to read architectural drawings.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Networking: An existing network with architects, contractors, and builders is highly preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings
- Salary Range: Frequently ranges between 25,000 INR to 40,000 INR per month, or higher depending on experience.
