Role Overview
The AI Productivity Specialist is responsible for using AI tools and automation platforms to improve day-to-day work across the company. This role supports content creation, social media execution, research, documentation, workflow automation, internal productivity, and other business tasks by selecting and applying the right AI applications for each job.
This position is ideal for a highly resourceful person who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, building efficient workflows, and helping teams get more done with better speed and quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Use AI tools to support content creation, rewriting, summarization, idea generation, repurposing, and publishing workflows.
· Manage and assist with social media tasks such as post drafting, caption generation, content calendars, repurposing long-form content, and performance tracking.
· Use AI applications for research, competitor analysis, market scanning, lead intelligence, and business support tasks.
· Build simple automations using AI and no-code or low-code tools to reduce repetitive manual work.
· Support different teams with AI-assisted execution for presentations, documents, outreach materials, internal SOPs, and miscellaneous operational tasks.
· Evaluate new AI tools regularly and recommend the best tools for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
· Create repeatable workflows, prompt libraries, templates, and standard processes for internal use.
· Work closely with founders and team members to execute fast-turnaround tasks across departments.
· Track output quality, turnaround time, and productivity gains from AI-assisted workflows.
Required Skills
· Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for writing, research, design assistance, productivity, and automation.
· Good understanding of how to use multiple AI apps together to complete end-to-end tasks.
· Strong written English and ability to create clear, polished, and useful outputs quickly.
· Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content formats, and online publishing workflows.
· Ability to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, Notion AI, spreadsheet AI features, automation tools, and similar platforms.
· Strong internet research, organization, and documentation skills.
· High ownership, speed, curiosity, and willingness to test new tools continuously.
· Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical AI-driven workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a startup, agency, SaaS company, or fast-moving digital business.
· Familiarity with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar systems.
· Basic understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience communication.
· Comfort working on varied tasks instead of a narrowly defined role.
· Basic knowledge of image, video, presentation, or document generation tools.
Success in This Role
A successful AI Productivity Specialist will become the go-to person for getting diverse tasks done faster using AI. This person should be able to move across functions, choose suitable tools independently, improve team productivity, and continuously discover better ways to execute work.

· AI-assisted social media calendars and post drafts.
· Repurposed blogs, carousels, captions, newsletters, and short-form content.
· Research summaries, competitor snapshots, and structured notes.
· Prompt libraries, workflow templates, and SOP documents.
· Automated or semi-automated task flows for recurring business work.
· Founder support materials such as presentations, summaries, drafts, and internal documents.
Reporting Structure
This role can report directly to the Founder, Operations Lead, or Product/Business Head depending on company structure.
Suggested Employment Type
Full-time preferred. This role is best suited for a hands-on execution-oriented employee who can support multiple business functions using AI tools every day.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
