Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle document filing, scanning, printing, and photocopying.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Coordinate with different departments for daily work.
- Maintain office records and files in an organized manner.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, or delivery challans (if required).
- Handle emails and respond to basic queries.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Support HR, Accounts, Purchase, or Operations departments as assigned.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
