We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, explaining services, and generating leads for overseas opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain immigration/overseas services clearly
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and client data
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations
